Manns and Moore was founded by Jason Manns and Amy Moore. Jason has worked for almost a decade in the finance/investment industry with his main role being a senior accounts manager for high net worth clients at St George Margin Lending prior to becoming a strata manager. Working for a number of different companies Jason felt that there were a number of ways Strata Management could become more effective, and efficient whilst remaining competitive.

Amy Moore has a background as a senior planner for major retailers such as Big W and Specialty Fashion Group owners of brands such as Crossroads and Millers. Amy has a great understanding of business trends and client expectations and together with Jason created Manns and Moore Strata Management. Our combined knowledge of both finance and the service industry coupled with experience in the strata management industry will give us the strong foundations on what it takes to build and run a successful strata management Company.

Manns and Moore Strata Managements core belief is to assist in all facets of strata management. We appreciate that we have been entrusted to manage your Strata Plan and we have a guarantee that we will respond to either emails or phone calls within 1 work day. 

Our staff are fully qualified Strata Managers with either a certificate of registration or a license.

We also have a requirement that our Strata Managers have a sound understanding of finance though either qualifications in the financial services industry such as a diploma of financial services or basic accounting qualifications.

The Strata Industry is competitive and we recognise this. As well as competitive fixed pricing, Manns and Moore Strata Management do not seek to lock our clients into any minimum term contract. We firmly believe our service and our pricing are the main ingredients for a strong working relationship.
