Jason has been the first positive experience we have had with a strata company. He knows his stuff so well and has very reasonable pricing (with NO hidden fees for ridiculous things like printing, which is rare!) He is always willing to help where he can and advise on legal standings, with a fast response time and follow up. They recently implemented an electronic system which has made everything so easy too. Always has great recommendations for tradespeople and genuinely has our best interests at heart. I'll never stop recommending Manns and Moore!

Jason has been been managing our building in Kogarah since starting his own company in approximately 2015. I have had a lot to do with Jason as a member of the Strata committee & it is thanks to him that we managed to make many improvements to the building which made it a better place to live. Improvements include 1- New flooring to the lift, 2 - Installation of a complete video security system, 3 - Secure letterbox locks & many more items I won't bore you with. They have always been available within a short period after contacting them & follow up to ensure that the job was done properly. A very good Strata experience!
